PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERING NEW CLIENTS UNTIL 2027.
Organisations frequently identify operational or analytical challenges where artificial intelligence may provide value, but uncertainty often exists regarding technical feasibility, data availability, implementation complexity, and expected outcomes. Our Discovery and Feasibility service is designed to reduce this uncertainty through structured analysis, stakeholder engagement, and early-stage technical evaluation.
This engagement provides organisations with a clear understanding of whether a proposed AI capability is technically viable, operationally appropriate, and commercially worthwhile before committing to full-scale development or deployment.
The service may also provide value to organisations with existing internal data science or AI capability. Independent technical assessment and external specialist input can support internal teams by providing additional expertise, alternative technical perspectives, and structured feasibility evaluation during the early stages of project planning.
Our Discovery and Feasibility service establishes the technical and operational foundation for potential AI implementation projects. The objective is to assess the problem space, understand organisational requirements, evaluate available data sources, and identify realistic solution pathways.
Typical activities during this phase may include:
The Discovery and Feasibility service may be commissioned as a standalone engagement without obligation to proceed to subsequent phases. Some organisations may seek strategic clarity or technical assessment alone, while others may use this phase as the foundation for longer-term implementation activity. This modular structure provides flexibility while allowing organisations to manage technical and commercial commitment proportionately.
A primary output of the Discovery and Feasibility phase is a structured technical feasibility report tailored to the organisation’s objectives and operational environment.
The report is designed to provide both technical and non-technical stakeholders with a clear understanding of the proposed opportunity, associated constraints, implementation considerations, and recommended next steps. Depending on project scope, the report may include technical architecture concepts, data assessments, feasibility conclusions, identified risks, and preliminary implementation recommendations.
Where appropriate, outputs from this phase may also support internal business cases, procurement planning, funding applications, or wider strategic decision-making.
